The basics

By shopping with Liefde Wen you agree to these terms. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

Orders & payment

An automated order or payment confirmation does not on its own mean we have accepted your order. An order is accepted once we confirm it is being processed or dispatched. If a pricing or listing error slips through, or a product turns out to be unavailable, we may cancel and refund the affected order.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, and refund requests can be lodged within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Email hello@liefdewen.co.za and we’ll sort you out.

Sale items, and personalised or custom-made items, are treated differently — see our Returns, Refunds & Coupon Policy for the full conditions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Coupons, discounts & vouchers

Coupons, discount codes and vouchers are issued at our discretion and carry their own conditions. See our Returns, Refunds & Coupon Policy for the terms that apply.
